We want you to be so happy with your Suri product. If for any reason you're not, just contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a prepaid return label. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, we'll issue you a full refund on the cost of the product.
